Top G Merchandise Returns

We want you to be happy with your order. But we also need to be fair to everyone. Read through this before starting a return.

Return conditions

We accept returns on merch that’s in original condition — unused, undamaged, with all tags and packaging. We’ll decline a return if:

  • There are signs of wear (stains, creases, discolouration)
  • Animal hair or debris is on the item
  • Non-returnable tags have been removed
  • The item’s been altered, washed, or laundered
  • Original packaging, tags, or accessories are missing
  • It’s been more than 5 days since you received it

Crypto orders

If you paid with cryptocurrency, the order is non-refundable. No returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

How refunds work

Paid with card? Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund goes back to the original payment method.

Received it as a gift? We’ll issue store credit for the item’s value, redeemable on future purchases.

In both cases, the item must meet all return conditions above.

Exchanges

We’ll exchange if:

  • You got the wrong size
  • We sent the wrong product
  • It arrived damaged or defective
  • It wasn’t sealed when it arrived

Starting a return

Email support@topg.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Your full name
  • Why you’re returning it

We’ll get back to you with a Return Authorisation and next steps. Once we inspect the item, we’ll let you know whether it’s a refund, store credit, or exchange.

Good to know

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Return shipping is on you

Fireblood Supplement Refunds

30-day guarantee

Not satisfied? Full refund within 30 days of your order. You don’t need to return the product.

This covers single purchases ($90) and monthly subscriptions ($72/mo). The 3-month plan is already discounted and isn’t eligible.

What’s not covered

  • Taste or flavour preference. The guarantee covers general product satisfaction. Taste and flavour alone are not grounds for a refund — we make the flavour profile clear on the product page before purchase.
  • Promotional, discounted, or sale purchases. If you bought at a reduced price during a promotion, it’s not eligible for the 30-day guarantee.
  • 3-month plan. Already heavily discounted. Not eligible.
  • Repeat claims. The guarantee is limited to one refund per person, per household, across all our websites including merch.topg.com and getfireblood.com. Second requests are reviewed at our discretion.
  • Bulk orders. The guarantee covers one unit per customer. If you ordered multiple units, only one is eligible.

How to get your refund

  1. Email support@topg.com within 30 days of your order date
  2. Include your order number and the email you checked out with
  3. We process the refund. Done.

You don’t need to send anything back.

Timing

Refunds go back to your original payment method. Give it 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Cancelling your subscription

Cancel anytime. Email support@topg.com or use your account dashboard before your next billing date.

Once a renewal payment has been taken, it is non-refundable. Your order will be fulfilled as normal. All changes — cancellations, plan switches, pauses — must be made before the rebill date. If you don’t want to be charged again, cancel before the next billing date.

After you cancel, you won’t be charged again. Keep whatever you’ve got.

Damaged or wrong order

Something arrived broken or we sent the wrong thing? Email support@topg.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging. We’ll replace it or refund you. Claims without evidence or made after 7 days will be reviewed at our discretion.

Fine print

  • The 30-day guarantee is limited to one claim per person, per household, across merch.topg.com and getfireblood.com
  • You’ve got 30 days from your order date to make a claim
  • Promotional, discounted, or sale purchases are not eligible
  • Taste or flavour preference is not grounds for a refund
  • The guarantee covers one unit per customer on multi-unit orders
  • Once a subscription renewal payment is taken, it is non-refundable
  • Filing a chargeback without contacting us first will result in your account being suspended and future orders declined
