Conditions of Returns:
Items must be returned in the same condition as received—unused, undamaged, and with all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
Refunds & Store Credit:
If you are the original purchaser and return the gift, refunds will be processed back to the original form of payment once the returned item is received and inspected.
If you are the recipient of the gift and do not have access to the original payment method, you may be offered a store credit of equal value for future purchases.
Orders paid with cryptocurrency are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Exchanges:
If you wish to exchange the gifted item for a different product, please reach out to our customer support team at support@topg.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to product availability.
How to Initiate a Return:
Contact our Customer Service Team at support@topg.com to request a return authorization.
Please include the order number, the gift recipient’s name, and a brief reason for the return.
We will provide you with further instructions.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, you will be notified of the status of your refund, store credit, or exchange.
Additional Notes:
Shipping charges for the original purchase are non-refundable.
