What is Fireblood?
A daily supplement with 39 ingredients at clinical doses. Vitamins, minerals, nutrients. Full ingredient list is on the label. No proprietary blends, no filler.
Why does it taste so bad?
39 raw vitamins and minerals with no artificial flavouring. That’s the honest answer.
Cold water, drink it quick. Some people blend it into a smoothie. You stop caring after about a week.
How do I take it?
One scoop in 200-300ml cold water, once a day. Morning works best.
When will I notice a difference?
Most people feel better energy within 1-2 weeks. Give it at least 30 days of daily use for the full effect.

How do I cancel?
Go to your Subscriptions page, click your subscription, hit Cancel. Or email support@topg.com with your order number.
Cancel before your next billing date and you won’t be charged again.
Once a renewal payment has been taken, it’s non-refundable and your order ships as normal.
My payment failed
We retry automatically. You’ll get an email.
Fix it yourself at Payment Methods. It’s usually an expired or replaced card.
If retries fail, your subscription pauses until the card is updated.
I got charged and didn’t expect it
Your billing dates are on your Subscriptions page. If you missed the cancellation window, the charge can’t be reversed once the order is being prepared.
Think there’s an actual error? Email us with your order number.
Merch & apparel
Can I return merch?
Within 5 days of receiving it. Original condition, tags on, packaging intact. Return shipping is on you.
Worn, washed, or altered items can’t be returned. Full details in our Refund Policy.
Do limited edition items come back?
No. Once they sell out, that’s it.
I paid with crypto. Can I get a refund?
No. Crypto payments are final.
Shipping
How much is shipping?
Fireblood: free to the US, UK, and EU.
Merch and collectibles: calculated at checkout based on location and weight.
My order hasn’t arrived
Check your tracking in the shipping confirmation email or on your Orders page.
International orders can take the full estimated window. If it’s past that, or tracking says delivered but you don’t have it, email us.
Refunds
What’s the Fireblood refund policy?
30-day money-back guarantee. Email us within 30 days. Full refund, no return needed.
Covers single purchases ($90) and monthly ($72/mo). The 3-month plan isn’t eligible. One claim per person. Taste doesn’t qualify.
